We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at email@example.com with your questions. Lead time for shipping will be longer during Summer months due to extreme temperatures changes and the nature of our products.
You should receive a shipment email confirming your order shortly before it's shipped. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it - this email also contains tracking information.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your garb2ART purchase, you can return it for a replacement or garb2ART gift card. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
We will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, give out or sell your information (including name and email address) to anyone. Period.
Also, no one will ever have access to your personal data. The only exceptions to this rule:
1) From time to time, a programmer will have to access the code in order to update the system, perform routine maintenance, and possibly fix bugs. However, all your data will still remain 100% confidential.
2) It's possible that we will be required by subpoena or other legal action to grant access to an individual in the process of an investigation.
